Dinner cruise Amsterdam

A boat provides a nice private venue for dinner.

And a boat picks you up at a convenient parking garage or public transport point. While you quietly cruise through Amsterdam,  the chef cooks your dinner on board. A relaxing moment after an afternoon meeting, team building event, etc..

We have a great menu to choose from, how about a buffet, a 3 course dinner or even a BBQ on the canals? Enjoy the delicious and freshly prepared meals while you mingle and cruise through beautiful Amsterdam.

  • Warm goat cheese salad in filo pastry with a dressing of honey and fresh thyme. Small bread rolls with organic butter

    Italian poussin chicken roasted in the oven with lemon and garlic. Italian style potatoes with fresh rosemary, tomatoes roasted in the oven with strings beans

  • Terrine of roasted vegetables with basil mayonnaise

    Paper-thin crêpe filled with wild mushrooms and fresh tarragon leaf with au gratin green asparagus and roasted cherry tomatoes

  • APPETIZER

    Grand entree served on big platters, risotto with porcini and pecorino, Italian sausages and cheeses with mustard and fruit ,accompanied by focaccia and pesto

    Catfish with lemon mayonnaise

    Roasted veal roulade with rosemary and fresh garlic. Roasted Italian potatoes and vegetables from the oven. Roasted tomatoes from the oven with green beans

  • DESERT

    Tiramisu with Amaretto parfait
